Ofer Sheinkin is a hands-on technical consultant with over 40 years of experience in the Israeli and global Hi-Tech industry. As founder of Sheinkin Consulting, he has built the firm around a single principle: senior expertise, directly applied — no junior handoffs, no vendor bias.
Ofer served for two decades as part of Israel's National Cyber Regulator at the Prime Minister's Office, where he was responsible for Critical Information Infrastructure Protection (CIIP) across the country's most sensitive sectors. This rare vantage point — both regulator and practitioner — gives him an unusually complete view of how security frameworks succeed or fail in the real world.
His sector expertise spans aviation (Boeing 737 & 787 aircraft systems, airport infrastructure), maritime ports, rail, energy (power stations, oil & gas pipelines), banking, and SaaS software security. He has led ISO-27001 and AICPA SOC 2 certification programs for over ten companies, guided enterprises through GDPR compliance, and built cyber programs from the ground up for organizations across five continents.
